We have extensive experience with upgrading the NetIQ IDM software stack, whether it is the IDM engine or, a bit more complicated, the User Application. We can do both.

As you probably already know, upgrading the IDM User Application is not for the faint of heart. But do no despair. We can be of assistance. We recently upgraded a User Application from 4.0.2 to 4.7.3.

NetIQ eDirectory upgrades are not a problem, either. We just don't have experience with NetIQ Access Manager or NetIQ Sentinel. But we know people who have. So please get in touch.
